Step 2 – Create the project plan
As a project team, look at each project deliverable (goal) and define the series of tasks that must be completed to accomplish each one.
Determine the mount of time each task will take and assign responsibility to the right person for action and follow through. It is also important to identify any task dependencies and whether certain tasks need to be completed before others can begin.
