Step 1 – Monitor activities and budgets
Good communication is the key to successful projects.
Utilise the meeting agenda to check in on progress with the team, address issues and communicate.
Outside of the meetings it is the role of the Project Manager to provide support to team members so that they can follow through on their responsibilities. If someone has a big milestone, you may need to provide extra support.
While meetings are a great way to monitor and support, there will be times you need to follow up outside of the meetings.
