Step 1 – Establish your communication habits
Meet with the team weekly, fortnightly or monthly depending on what makes sense for your project.
Holding team meetings less frequently than monthly is not recommended.
Ensure the meetings are scheduled in advance and make sure everyone knows when and where the meetings will be held.
Using video, phone or an online meeting platform is great for project teams that are unable to get together face to face.
