Community Industry Group is proud to be part of the ISLHD Homelessness Mental Health Program.
The ISLHD Homelessness Mental Health Program provides brokerage and/or case management to people who are:
Over 18 years of age
Homeless or at risk of homelessness (tenancy at risk)
Have a diagnosed mental health condition
Live in the Illawarra or Shoalhaven
We also provide advocacy for clients to Government Departments and NGO’s as well as education programs e.g. hoarding and squalor training.
